Rising Tide was founded in West Bengal in 2014 by brothers who wanted to create a a sustainable seafood ecosystem which would connect aquaculture farmers in eastern India to across the globe. Rising Tide is amongst the few Indian seafood companies to be certified by the prestigious ASC: Aquaculture Stewardship Council for its sustainable and socially responsible practices carried out in its processing unit and farms. The vision of the cofounders had always been to create a seafood business with delicious recipes and value added products at its core
